I really loved the small company feel of Emersons. I felt like it gave me a good opportunity to understand a little more about what everyone that I worked with did. I also enjoyed the people I worked with and our managerial staff especially Keith Colvin who always seemed to have helpful advice on my future.
Cons
Due to the company being on the smaller side, I felt like there wasn't a lot of structure when it came to performing my job and receiving information in a timely manner from other employees.
