Jail is better than Emipro, 1) You are not allowed to talk with a coworker. 2) You will be charged for an error from your salary. 3) If you come late by 180min in whole month, Penalty is 2 and a half-day. 4) You even get a demotion or they even can stop your promotion. 5) total 12 leaves which include casuals, health issues and all. 6) you can not get more than 5 days to leave even in your marriage or if you are going for the trip. 7) If you had an accident and you took 1-2 month leave due to fracture then your promotion will be stoped for 1-2 months. 8) If someone is coming from a competitor's company they will get more salary then you even with less experience. 9) They treat their employees as "GULAM". 10) Even many are getting less salary than their peon. There are thousands of many other cons. There is one benefit if you join you will get changes to put cons here as they will not hear your issue at all.

Management shows always childish behavior. There is no life at emipro. Management people behaves like a child always shows feeling for revenge. Company is a group in size but management is still childish. You can't even make friend to other employee managemnt does not like this. In short don't waste your time. They won't trust any employee. They never value any employee though you are very good among all. Please don't waste your time here.
