Pros

Great team, great benefits, amazing organizational structure and management. You really feel taken care of at all times by the company and your bosses. You also get to work with some of the best food and service in the state.

Pros

- Great restaurant for career SI looking to learn and grow. Access to a lot of training, great producers and a strong beverage program. - Tight knit team. Moved to Austin and need friends? You will make them fast here, FoH and BoH meshes together. - Easy to take time off and make schedule changes. Most management were servers and cooks themselves that were promoted. They will generally fight for your contentment. - Decent guests. Most diners are pretty nice and open to a new experience.

Cons

- On a somewhat diluted tip pool system. If you are a strong server, they will pass you the heavy sections while you watch the slowpokes get paid the same. - It will be difficult work. Not necessarily a negative but expect regular learning and testing. You will be a downtown restaurant and will be slammed on busy weekends/SXSW/F1 - Company is rapidly growing and becoming increasingly corporate. Positive in some ways and negative in others.
