4yWe are very sorry that you did not have a good experience, but we feel that there is another side to the coin as well. So here we would like to address each of your points -
1-Since March 2021, we have followed 5 days of work (all Saturdays off).
2- We think there is some misunderstanding regarding bonus deduction. As a company, we do not deduct any amount as a bonus. We suggest you please verify your salary slips once again. If there is any confusion, feel free to walk in to our office for clarification.
3- We now have a tie-up with AXIS Bank for self insurance and family insurance.
4-Yes, we do not provide snacks, but we only serve tea twice a day. We don't see anything wrong with this.
5- Only once, our appraisal cycle was postponed (not cancelled ) it was due to COVID time in July 2020, but then the company did the appraisal on the whole company in January 2021 and again in July 2021. We always do fair appraisals, and the appraisals totally depend on the performance of the respective team members.
6- For two years we have avoided team gatherings due to COVID. Otherwise, every team at Emorphis can enjoy a quarterly party using the fund assigned to each team member.
7 - We are really sorry to hear that you consider us unfair. As a company, we have been very honest with all of our employees. Our motto is - "Bring value for everyone." We think our employees enjoy a good work life balance most of the time. At times, team members are required to adjust their schedules for various reasons, like project delivery or some urgency, but we are a people oriented company, and we do our best for our people.
Having said that, we are sorry that you did not have good experience with us. We wish you luck with your career.
