Pros
I wish I could list something here, but there is nothing nice to say about working for this company.
Cons
They do not pay overtime. Salaries are so low they do not exist in the industry and they are not based on merit or skills. You will receive public threats and verbal abuse/harassment during team meetings, business trips, etc. Working for this company is not worth the personal abuse or harassment you will endure. My boss actually told me - in a team meeting - that he purchased my mother's underwear on ebay.
