Pros

The requirement here is to provide at least five words.

Cons

I should have known something was up when I saw that the head trainer was driving a beater. Over the next couple of weeks, I noticed that almost all the employees were driving hoopties, an indication that the compensation wasn't what was promised. I've worked at a number of call centers and CSRs almost always use bonuses to upgrade their ride. Take a look at the Empereon employee parking lot and you'd think you were at a scrap yard. On top of that, employees are micromanaged with just two 25-minute breaks for an eight-hour shift - there's no lunch, just those two breaks. There's no coffee allowed on the production floor (in a call center sales environment!), the commission structure is constantly being tweaked to maximize the company's profits and management is intellectually bereft. There's a reason why this company is constantly hiring and employee retention is so low.

Pros

Im not sure of any Pros. When I went in for the "interview" before even speaking with me, they did a drug test. Then within the 1st month they did 6 more drug tests...every. single. one. came back negative. The referral bonuses are jokes and they state that if you quit you have to sale your headset back to them for $4 (you originally pay $48) but its almost been a year and I have yet to see my $4....if they're hurting that bad for money then keep it but just let us know

Cons

Once you get trained as tech support, they move you to collections and explain if you don't go to collections then you'd be fired. You ha d too clock out to use the restroom, break and lunch. A game room, tv's and all the extras were promised but all we had was 1 food truck a week 😝, 1 small tv that stayed on music channel, 2 huge industrial fridges but 2 tiny microwaves... and vending machines.

Pros

This company took over a call center in a town where 700 employees were laid off last month. I have known many of these people for over 10 years. There are always hoops to jump through with any job and often times it takes hard work and initiative. This is a fairly new and fairly small company. It takes time to build an empire and a strong business. This company is saving my hometown and my friends as well as myself. I am grateful and looking forward to excelling at what they hired me to do. The management that I have confered with (this has been several) have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are all excited about what they do as well which can be contageous.

Cons

I have not found any cons as of yet.
