      Pros

      Flexible schedule, pay isnt bad for what you do.

      Cons

      Supervisors never around, micromanaged, 5 comp plans in 5 years (each paying less than the previous one), no room for advancement, done mass layoffs each of the last 2 years because business is dying.

      - Good place to start in medical device sales - Management looks out for the sales force - Great training to start - Strong rapport with core therapy offices

      Cons

      - Not much in the way of salary or overall pay - New hires are looking at territories too small to carry the quota requirements - Very repetiive work - New products are non-existent or promised much sooner than delivered - Not much in continuing education

      Good company to start a sales career, but must move on to make more money.

      Good sales training Respected products Flexibility with schedule

      Cons

      Very repetitive work The more product you sell the more your quota goes up - which makes it harder to make more money. LOTS of paperwork Expense reports are daunting to fill out every week Base salary could be higher
