An absolutely micro managing company. No friendly feeling between drivers and the office. As a driver, you not only have to satisfy the customer, you also have to do accounts receivable's job as well. This would be ok if they offered better pay. Raises were only .50c a year at best if you are lucky to get one. I never seen such greedy owners for any of the companies I worked for. The manager Steve is a nagging person with nothing better to do than pick out faults with everything we are doing. No constructive criticism whatsoever and very power hungry. The maintenance supervisor Johnny literally has nothing better to do then nag about when we cant go out in the snow because the roads are shut down, or we are not getting our parts to customers fast enough. But once you tell him a problem with the truck, he immediately blames you for it even though some of the trucks have 300,000 miles on them. On top of that he is not ASE certified and knows as much about cars as a 12 year old. Dispatch literally has no concept of reading a map since one day a dispatcher told me to stop in Andover on my way back to Rockyhill coming from Danbury. ( Andover is 30 mins away for our satellite). They will send you out at 6:30 pm to Norwich and yell at you when the customer doesn't receive his parts because it is 8:00 pm and the shop isn't open. Then they will ask why you had so much over-time. There are only a few good call center agents that will get the orders right because most of the time you will find yourself going to customers with the wrong parts and getting the brunt of their anger. Accounts receivable has no concept of customer service with our clients. Very rarely they would let a loyal buyer sign for parts and only if they sign a paper that they will pay us back. That is why they are loosing customers rapidly and the poor service that they have displayed. No one every stays there long and after working there for a couple of years I could see why most people get up and quit. Making the customers happy about our crappy aftermarket parts that barely fit are one thing, but worrying about management yelling or the call center agents giving you attitude is not worth the minimal pay whatsoever. Not to mention good luck trying to advance in the company. Dead end job
