Decent Pay and Decent Benefits.

Cons

Rampant favoritism , employees are not treated equally. Management Hired Based on Who they know rather than what they know. Extreme Micro Management down to the color of your font. Middle Management reviews and edits employee reviews of leadership Cant trust HR , they will share all information. They do not practice their core values Jeff Whiteman is a hands off CEO

Used to be a great place to work....not anymore.

Cons

The company used to be a great place to work but the good managers moved on and rental was left with egotistical jerks and if you don't kiss their butt....they will force you out.

Good health care benefits at a cost.

Cons

Whole company is shrouded in lies and politics. Stewardship is often dismissed when convenient. Company values are "modified" to the needs of each department. Jeff Whitemen presents himself as a hands on and approachable type. I found this to be false.
