Pros

I cannot list any pros to working here. Avoid if at all possible.

Cons

Out of touch and micromanaging management. Management is a boys club with all the toxic attributes that go along with that. No matter how badly the company messes up, any issues with deliveries or inventory are considered your problem. A culture of working over 40 hours per week. Complete disrespect for your time. Be prepared to have to schedule PTO time 6+ months out if they'll even let you. Amount of PTO time is decent for the area, but good luck using it and you can only rollover 40 hours per year into the next and lose the rest. Health insurance doesn't cover anything. Patronizing executives who preach teamwork and hard work while underpaying you and not doing any hard work themselves.

Pros

You're on your own after about a month in your own truck. Insurance after 45 Days, Vacation after 90.

Cons

You will do ALL the work with most Co-Workers. Regardless if you been there a day or a week. You will do the hard labor. Some people in management will help you, but most only care for themselves. DSDs are pain in the neck and they can make it to where you will miss your cut off time no matter what. Another thing, Salesmen are retarded. You will drive literally out of your way for one case to a restaurant when you were there the day before. Salesmen will throw you under the buss as well. Oh and when you go on your own for the first time, prepare it to be 2 1/2 hrs away to places where you have no idea where they are and gps has no signal and miss your cut off time because your manager wont answer the phone to help you, after that you will be wrote up for basically trying it your first time and not being on time due to their fault.

Pros

Opportunity to move up as all local management has left or is looking to leave soon.

Cons

Too many to list - top management (in Atlanta and corporate NC Team) has no clue and only points blame back down when they do have time to fly in on the private jet. Pay and benefits are continuously cut for sales reps and operations teams while profits have continued to rise. Until upper management changes - these trends will continue.
