Pros
I worked for empire for over a year. Everyday I went in, I felt appreciated, productive and not only a part of the team but a part of a family. The management cares about each employee who works there, and overall wants what’s best for them. They provide individual plans to get each entry level to grow and progress in the company and as people. You have to work hard, but it’s worth the knowledge you gain in the end. If a position and opportunity like this were easy, everyone would do it.

I left the position for personal reasons not something the company did.

The people I was with were nice until they let go their past office staff who made it worth going in and it started to go downhill.
Cons
They try to sell this as a “marketing” position but all you do is sell to people at a gas station or nearby areas. They go through three interviews processes, trying to get it scheduled one after another, and make you feel like they are only hiring one or two people. They hire everyone who basically shows up and says they want growth. In reality, it’s a pyramid scheme and if you don’t perform to their expectations, you get cut. The pay isnt worth the hours because you work 8+ or until you hit your “goals”. You do not get the base pay after so long so it's performance based and you never actually get the pay they state on ads. Absolutely no work life balance and expect you to put work above a personal life. Not worth your time. They can barely keep their staff which is why they are always hiring.
