Very solid company. Great people that want to help each other and see you grow. Day to day is fun and allows you to interact with alot of different people and offers many opportunities to learn about the industry. They put alot of effort in education and setting teams up for success which is great to see.

Cons

Pay isn't great, can take a bit of time to establish oneself and see growth.
