      Pros

      1. Casual Dress. 2. Able to work from home (sometimes) 3. Free lunches a lot. 4. Younger group, fun to interact with.

      Cons

      1. Office full of snakes (would have preferred the real reptile ones). 2. Never any room for growth. 3. Full of harassment. 4. Managers swearing at you daily, and talking down to you. 5. HR not in building, or even state, which allows a lot to go missed. 6. Many booze it up during their long 1-2 hour lunches, come back drunk.

      Pros

      Great team to work with in the logistics / supply chain department. They're the reason why the job was fun. Pay isn't bad. You can move up fairly quickly if you're that good at what you do. They're growing as well.

      Cons

      Benefits and PTO need to improve. 15 days of PTO including holidays ain't going to cut it. To get three weeks of PTO you need to work at the company for at least five years. A lot of nepotism at the top of the parent company. I've seen too many of the CEO's best buddies get top positions they're definitely not qualified for.
