Located in the suburbs. Everyone is in the same boat being miserable so you bond with coworkers and learn to lean on one another to get through the day.

Cons

Unprofessional in every sense of the word. You will not advance in your career. Management is a joke. Managers have been reported to HR and HR discloses names of who reported them. There is zero confidentiality here. Managers who have been reported several times continue moving up and getting promoted.

After thinking about what to write in this field for a considerable amount of time, I can say with a great deal of certainty that there is absolutely nothing about this position or company that I would consider to be a 'pro.'

Cons

A complete cluster-you know what from A to Z. The company runs roughshod over its employees and its sub-contractors. It also exhibits the worst customer service I have ever seen in decades of being in the business world. And if that's not bad enough, area management openly admits that the life of person who where's the satellite sales manger hat 'sucks' - and I can't agree more. Zero work/life balance, terrible pay and two weeks of training that is interrupted by phone calls every 10 minutes. A joke and a nightmare all rolled up in one.
