Pros

I manage exterior reconstruction projects — roofing, painting, siding, waterproofing — across HOA and commercial accounts. There's enough variety in the work to keep things interesting, and the growing client base gives me a sense of stability and security. The team is experienced and good at collaborating. The pay is decent, with room to grow your earnings as you build your book.

Cons

Sales is part of it whether the job description says so or not.

Your coworkers are decent people, but it is obvious the job has worn them down and drained any real energy from them.

- The company is extremely dysfunctional with little to no systems, structure, or oversight in place. - Employees are expected to perform immediately despite almost nonexistent training. - New hires are left in a sink or swim situation with no real guidance or support. - Management provides inconsistent direction and frequently changes decisions without warning. - Communication is chaotic and unreliable across the organization. - The work environment is constantly stressful and disorganized. - Employees spend more time worrying about job security than focusing on their actual responsibilities. - There is a complete lack of meaningful support, stability, and respect for employees.
