Pros

There are some really nice and helpful managers and colleagues here.

Cons

The only problem I had when I was working here was the lack of opportunities for career growth. I have high hopes and goals that I wanted to achieve for my career so staying in this company for longer wasn't n option. There was just very limited opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Pros

In my working experience here, I see nothing good except meeting some smart coworkers.

Cons

This company is a perfect example of an old school style of management. They will make you feel that you are nothing without them, and you need them more than they need you. Expect horrible verbal abuse if you belong to the lest favorite. There is no job security here since the CEO fires people very often. Micromanagement as its finest, there is no privacy at all since both the CEO and COO always watch every single move you make and it's downright exhausting.
