Pros

Nothing good about this company.

Cons

Worse company to work for. They change rules as they are going. Micromanaging. Lack of communication. They don't care about clients it's all about $$$$$$. They charge you for everything, your mileage, your pay, even the clients in your caseload. The charges for clients changes every month. inconsistency.

Pros

The services offered to people with disabilities. Weekly pay, but paychecks are around or less than 500 a week.

Cons

Starting wages $14 per hour. Benefits are insanely expensive for terrible coverage. No HR staff to deal with issues, grievances, concerns. No leadership or management to guide you- they wait until you do something wrong before speaking to you. People quitting, company hiring unqualified people out of desperation (and because the pay is not going to attract talent). If you leave, they keep the money you accrued in PTO- which for a NON-PROFIT makes no sense. You have to clean your own office, including the toilets- if you don't, you hear from your manager.

Pros

None. There are no pros besides helping clients.

Cons

1% of the owners "favorites" make money. No one ever gets raises only his "favorites" despite their lack of education. They all ride on the backs of their employees who only get paid $16-$18 per hour but are required to have a master's degree. Pathetic. Owner and his seven employees make 6 figures out of 120 employees. The rest live hand to mouth and pay check to pay check. Disney pays better with better benefits. If you ask for a raise the only response is “what more are you doing to deserve a raise.” The owner believes he is paying “above the national average for people with masters and licensure” which is simply not true. To keep his ratings high he forces all employees to write a positive review of his company to fool people into believing it is a good company.
