Pros

I worked at DelMain Analytics for nearly two years. I swiftly grew under the help and guidance of my lovely coworkers. The owner, Dan, has crafted a small but mighty, tight-knit team that does amazing work for a lot of small-medium sized business clients. You get to work directly with business owners and help grow their companies which felt really fulfilling. I learned how to effectively strategize and implement search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, and content creation/promotion. The work/life balance at DelMain is perfect and I miss it since joining other firms. I strongly recommend working at DelMain Analytics whether you're new to the digital marketing field or a seasoned veteran.

Cons

The team is small (under 10 people) which some people may not like but I found it to be the perfect size.

Pros

:Delmain is a great place to work. Senior leadership is realistic about the company's strengths and weaknesses, flexible, and open to feedback. The company has clearly stated goals and works backward from those goals to determine areas of improvement across all departments. Quarterly all-team state of the company meetings keep everyone aligned on the priorities. All employees know the metrics for which they are accountable. There is a sense of community, quite the accomplishment for any company culture but even more so in a fully remote company. Account managers are encouraged to use their best judgment and take ownership of client accounts, even speaking up if a client is in the wrong. This company is not shy about being ambitious which is fun if you're up for the challenge. The flexible work schedule (including flexible Fridays!) is great for self-starters. Clear processes and SOPs make daily workflow easier. Everyone has the opportunity to improve processes. Interviews are thoughtfully conducted to find the right-fit employees.

Cons

Total paid time off and parental leave policy could be more competitive. No bonus structure for account managers. Some employees work out of the country so balancing time zones can be tricky (don't expect immediate responses), but meetings are thoughtfully (and sparingly) scheduled, which is nice. Some jobs moving out of the US so not sure about the long-term stability of certain roles for US-based employees. Slow to the market with certain marketing technologies that competitors have successfully launched.

:Delmain actually walks the walk when it comes to their core values. The team is highly supportive and if feels like everyone rows in the same direction. We all care about the work we're doing and it shows.

Cons

Wish we had more opportunities for team bonding
