      People are helpful, working environment is supportive. Reasonably good employees benefits, such as wfh allowance, mask purchase allowance.

      Indecisive management decision, lack of clarity in business direction.

      Flexibility and No Clock in/out required

      Cons

      Bad in decision making by the manager. All managers is not competent to be a good manager. They are boss and not a leader. Favoritism in some department and the IT team is totally showing very unprofessional attitude. All department are having difficulties in dealing with IT and they are the narcissistic people in the company. Never admit their mistake. Worst IT I've ever worked.
