Pros

This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to learn at lightning speed. The environment is incredibly fast-paced, giving you exposure to complex projects and new skills much faster than a typical corporate role. The reward system is top-tier; management truly recognizes high performers. If you put in the work and deliver results, the financial incentives and career advancement opportunities are excellent. It’s a place where your hustle directly translates into personal and professional growth.

Cons

The learning curve is steep and the workload is intense. It’s not a "sit back and relax" type of job, so you need to be ready to hit the ground running every day.

Pros

like any startup, &you moves fast and is constantly evolving, which naturally comes with moments of miscommunication and growing pains, but what truly makes this a great place to work is the people and the leadership. from day one, there’s a strong sense of shared ownership and teamwork; colleagues show up for one another, leaders are approachable and values-driven, and wins (& challenges) are treated as collective experiences rather than individual ones. while processes are still being refined and there’s always room to improve how we communicate and operate, there’s a genuine willingness across teams to listen, learn, and do better. people stay engaged not because everything is perfect, but because we believe deeply in the mission, trust each other, and operate with the mindset that one person’s success is everyone’s success.

Cons

i think like most startups, things can move fast and processes are still taking shape, which sometimes leads to shifting priorities or communication gaps. roles can be broad and not everything is always clearly defined. that said, there’s a shared understanding that we’re learning as we go, and people are generally open to feedback and working together to improve.
