Pros
- people I used to work with apart from management - was career progression opportunities but when I didn't want to progress I was ignored for weeks - tescos near office -snacks until they were taken away as we all needed to be 'healthier' only because the boss wanted to be healthier
Cons
- favouritism - out dated views - talking down to staff - toxic enviroment - commission was delayed months - would be questioned why some of us were meeting up, outside work - 17 days of holiday - borderline forced to do a fitness class every week - no hr - questioned if we were lying about being sick
