It's a job not a career. They are not looking for long term people. - Anonymous employee 1-800-Radiator Employee Review

Pros

If you need something to get you through for a few months give it a shot. But that's it. Turn over is crazy.

Cons

Frat style of atmosphere, and they don't set u up for success. Honestly, as soon as you get hired keep working on your resume and keep looking. No one really works here longer than a year or so before your blindsided by getting fired. Doesn't matter if your extraordinarily good at your position. Also there's a huge gap in position longevity. Either you've worked their for 10+ years or you've maybe been there a year or two. So essentially moving up or gaining more than a possible 10K salary increase is slim to none. They'll fire you before you make money real money and they have absolutely no substantial systems in place to train you to set up for success. So as soon as your getting the hang of it, your probably on your way out. Also (and most importantly) you have to be one of upper management's personal friends for them to keep you around. So make sure you get invited over your managers house, play golf with them, and go out drinking or you'll get canned. Also, its not female friendly so don't bother if your a woman.

Pros

Strong products Customers are great Coworkers are nice

Cons

This was met with the most hostile workplace I have encountered in my 14 year career. The leadership is out of touch with the realities of the day to day operations. Instead of celebrating their top performers, the mentality is that no-one is doing enough. You will feel squeezed as if our commission and life depended on it, however there is zero merit based financial gain - even as a top performers here.
