You can't have a flexible schedule - calls are books with you 2 weeks in advance. Constantly waiting on calls to come in. 30 minutes per customer and usually the customers are overwhelmed. Messages are during your break and tend to take forever You must use your own device Turnover is so high. I think that the company is fueled by burnout
