      Pros

      At 1 Stop-Asia, the employees can enjoy flexible working hours. Though the colleagues are from diverse background, we can communicate and collaborate without barriers. Colleagues are friendly and accommodating. Boss is provident, decisive and considerate. Thanks to the company, it provides us with favorable working environment and decent salaries. I will continue to improve my professional skills to greatly contribute to the company.

      Perhaps the company can broaden its industrial influence to let more people know 1 StopAsia.

      Pros

      A stepping stone to get into the industry although it won't guaranteed you to land offers from major LSPs. Coworkers are mostly friendly.

      Cons

      Working with oversea production teams can be frustrated and annoyed due to cultural difference and language barrier. The owner is ambitious but lack of clear vision and full of sporadic action plans. It drives the team crazy. Pay tends to be on the lower end.
