Pros
The whole 3D department is great. Personal and professional relationships are encouraging toward personal growth. People like to help each other inside. For departments regarding film and series, hours are reasonable. Seniors and management are within your reach and they listen. I got mostly good and on-point feedbacks, also people support when you're stuck Your salary is paid without any delay, some companies don't do that in Turkey.
Cons
Pay raises are low at the beginning. They are open to talk but the initial approach is low in general, you might want to take the initiative in that aspect.
