As a smaller firm, they offer a lot of opportunity to learn, grow, and develop, even early in your career. The leadership team are humble people who genuinely care for their team like family. The smaller firm is growing and offers ownership opportunities to employees. Regular hours/week expectation for salaried employees is very reasonable for the profession - 40-45 hrs/week (can be more at deadlines).
Cons
Smaller as they are, most employees take on many different roles at a time, which can become overwhelming at times, especially for less experienced individuals.
