11 Main has an extremely warm environment which is nurtured by the many different events that the company does to ensure team building and socializing within the company. This is a wonderful place to work because the conditions are set to enjoy your work while you're working.

Personally I see no cons with the company as a whole. I am very pleased with my experience thus far.

Great engineering culture, ready to innovate technologically and experiment with alternatives. Open information flow from management so far during my time with the company. Really friendly group of people to work with - there don't seem to be big egos on the team and everyone is willing to pitch in and get the job done.

In a bit of an awkward space with a speculative path to profitability in new ventures, but also the pull of maintaining the existing business.
