Pros
Interesting, well-established publications that are a major source in IT information to the federal government community. Nice office location and facilities. Some good and experienced colleagues.
Cons
No company loyalty to its employees, staff down-sizings and across the board pay cuts have been the norm for some time now. Upper management can't seem to develop a successful business plan; instead it's shed people and programs. An example: after a very successful run for many years, the FOSE (Federal Office Supply Exposition) show was killed this year.
