      Pros

      Amazing people on the teams across 1105 Media's business units. Lots of flexible time off including PTO, holidays, and mental health days. Many people continue working here for 10+ years because of these nice benefits and great coworkers. The company has made a lot of positive changes in the last 6-7 years under the leadership of the current CEO and management teams.

      Can have lean teams with a lot of responsibilities.

      Most Management and below are great group of people, Flex time, Nice PTO for Christmas.

      Cons

      A member of the Management Team treats some employees badly, he yells, demeans people, demands respect, no people skills. Toxic environment, people are afraid of him.
