I hav made some of my closest friends, including with some of Management. Expectations are meet-able, and you get to take accountability and pride of what you produce.

Can be a little stressful at times, and sometimes shop needs can be overlooked

I made great friends, learned a lot about coffee and made good tips.

Working there can be chaotic and the owners/ management do not treat all their employees with the same kindness and respect as other favored employees. This is a very “cliquey” place to work.
