Production over People - Manager 123Dentist Employee Review

Unfortunately, this company’s priority is production and not people. Profitability starts at the clinic level by investing in your employees. I happily worked at my practice for six years before it was purchased by 123 Dentist. We were successful, respected and treated well. After taking a leave of absence to care for my sick mother, upper management made it very difficult for me to return to my position. This was a decision coming from the corporation and not the wish of my colleagues or the doctors at my practice. When I asked for an explanation I was greeted with hostility. I am disappointed in this company. I would not recommend them as an employer.
