      Everything was good until the merger

      Cons

      Company culture used to be great until last year. With the merger everything has changed it has become a typical corporate. Old CFO is is trying to block the new CFO who is about to come. Doing lot of bad mouthing against the new CFO. Old CFO is very desperate to save hi job.

      Some great people Pay is decent

      Cons

      High turnover. People always getting laid off and new people being brought on. No one has time to settle into the job and they are held to unrealistic metrics. The teams are all very new. Seems like management is more interested in bringing their friends onto the team. High stress with lots of replication and redundant tasks No RRSP program Poor benefits Unrealistic expectations with management who does not seem to understand the challenges of healthcare recruitment Treat people like they are replaceable, no care for their staff
