We have to create cards according to mindset of US people. As I am from Indian origin , find it difficult to judge their taste.
You create e-cards in your own timeline. There is no real pressure. The more quality creations you upload, the more you make. The "Team Leader" is extremely kind and easy to work with.
Cons
There is no transparency. You must take their word for how many "sends" you achieved, and they only provide a daily total to the top 10 artists. The website is antiquated and nobody seems interested in updating it.
