People are empowered to tackle challenges and share knowledge, so that the business growth walks hand in hand with personal growth. It was honestly the first company I worked for that had a straightforward, transparent approach to flexible work for full-time employees, even in customer-facing roles. Goals are made clear, and there are frequent updates on what's happening in the company - so even when working remote, everyone is kept in the loop.
Cons
