Pros
Supportive colleagues and opportunities to learn from different projects.
Cons
There are daily meetings from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 am or 12 pm. Twice a week, meetings are also held during lunch hour. The working hours are long, and there is no overtime pay if employees need to stay back to complete their work. There are high expectations for performance every day, but limited time to complete tasks because the morning meetings take almost two to three hours. If targets are not met, employees may be compared with others. At times, employees have to work through their lunch break. During meetings, the CEO often spends time discussing unrelated topics as well.
