Pros
-You get to work with the best brands on the latest tech -The culture changes over times and management has evolved with remote work and hires. -A lot of people have been there for 6+ years and there is growth in positions at this company. -Profit share is even with all employees. -Good work life balance.
Cons
- Clients are top level which means expectations are huge...with that comes stress at times but at my previous advertising job it was the same.
