staffing levels not great. Management need to participate more in centres. Business managers at sites need to actually prise themselves away from there computers and see what's going on in the centre. Be quicker with repairing and replacing equipment.

On the whole I really enjoyed my time at 1610. There were frequent opportunities to progress and develop yourself in many other areas, with expert guidance and support. You get out of your role what you put in! Some very inspiring Seno
