Pros

- A few members of the team were supportive

Cons

- Will lie at the interview stage to entice you into the role. Once you begin, the role is not clearly defined or accurate to the job description at all - Private equity firm recently invested and need their return on investment. Senior Leadership push for profits over employee/customer care and focus on getting business at any cost - No onboarding or training provided and expect you to perform - Turnover of staff from all departments is extremely high (key indicator of the terrible culture) - No solid processes in place in multiple areas of the business even though the business has been operating for over 9 years - Pressure you into writing positive reviews on glassdoor. If you don’t, you’re put in the bad books - No diversity within the leadership team - Treat you as if you are expendable, no value or job security - Not willing to take on new opinions or ideas - Not worth the salary they are offering you - Do not ignore the previous reviews. I did and paid the price!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Of course, this does not make easy reading and I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience in your time working with 18 Week Support; we are a dynamic and fast-paced organisation and sometimes that's not the right fit for all. We really value this feedback and hearing your perspective; I would like to hear more about some of your comments - please feel free to reach out to me directly at charlie@18weeksupport.com.

Pros

The only pro I can think of are the salaries but that’s it.

Cons

Racism. Inexperienced management. Oblivious/gullible CEO. Favouritism. Expectations too high when no support/training has been provided. Heavy blame culture. Good feedback/work is never celebrated or praised. Management are hyper fixated on everyone else’s shortcomings just to hide their lack of knowledge.
