work schedule is 10.5 hrs. breaks not paid. upon interview they kept saying you will only work 8hrs but not. you will be the one to file for ots, holidays, lates, they dont have department for such approvals and tasks. most benefits you will be entitled after a year, knowing that they are shifting schedules and the work environment is health hazard you are not immediately entitled for HMOs and sickleave. instead you will file it leave without pay and deduction to your salary. meaning you cant be sick. low salary since you will be working under agency. worst airline and worst company, back in the days cebu pacific had a lot of potential, but now not sure about that.
