Pros
As far as the Pros/Cons go, the pros are 1CC has actually been really great. I had the normal reservations most people might have before starting. Like, was I going to be thrown to the wolves and told to just "figure it out". That hasnt been my experience at all. The team at 1CC literally provided me w/ everything I needed. By that I mean tons of trainings in the form of a massive video library that walked me through everything step by step, recorded calls to watch their unique process play out with real people, MULTIPLE LIVE calls each week where their top guys offer to role play with us to strengthen your skills, as well as pairing you you with a seasoned accountability parter you do calls with weekly to make sure youre doing well, seeing success, and helping our clients get the best results out there. So the idea of starting with them and feeling lost or confused was definitely met with quite the opposite. 1CC wants you to be successful and they've been here to help me from day 1 which led to closing deals with them my very 1st day because they provided me with the one thing i was most concerned with; Training and Support.
Cons
Only real cons I can think of are if youre someone who doesnt like to talk to other human beings this wouldnt be for you. If you like to help people and genuinely like learning about others and how you can help them 1CC is great.
