The company is very fast growing. The team and atmosphere is very positive. I found it to have a great culture, the leadership encourages loads of autonomy to try new ideas. It is also a very innovative company with a focus on technology and very good marketing. People and leadership are friendly and a real commitment to developing their staff. A lot of hard work but enjoyable place to work

No real issues really, it would be great if they sold other products not only travel insurance

The only positives about this unorganised place is that they offer flexibility to staff when you need it and that it is in the city so good for people living nearby.

Bad management (or no management), average salary which you either have to work extremely hard or they pay you too much to sit around doing nothing. They don't learn from mistakes and don't think ahead.
