Pros

Solid underlying product with great potential

Cons

If I had been writing this last year my review would look very different. In the last 6 months the culture of the company has been overhauled and this changed everything. Quotas seem randomly generated with no discussion at all, leading to wild amounts of pressure on staff. Anyone who questions these, especially top performing reps and Team Leads I have known, have a target painted on their backs and are soon eliminated. I have witnessed many peers being bullied under new management styles before being forced out. The culture of fear, reinforced by random firings with no reasons given, have created a nasty workplace environment unlike anything else I have seen in my career. Everyone I know on the SMB or Mid-Market Account Manager teams is looking for a way out. This company, which a few years ago seemed like it had all the ingredients to succeed and was on a brilliant trajectory, has destroyed itself and is crashing back down to Earth. Avoid!

Pros

- Awesome founders when they were involved in the day-to-day - Great benefits

Cons

- Lost a lot of what made this place special during the scale up from 100-1000 employees - Hired a ton of outside leadership which ultimately resulted in a culture shift and many of the people who worked there the longest leaving

Pros

* Flexible working arrangements and quite a bit of autonomy. * A genuinely supportive manager and a collaborative, positive team environment. * Competitive pay for the role and responsibilities.

Cons

In recent years the company has shifted in a direction that feels very different from the organisation I originally joined. * There is a strong emphasis on a “high performance culture”, but there is limited structure or support in place to help employees develop the skills needed to meet those expectations. * Career progression and compensation increases can feel closely tied to visibility rather than the quality or impact of the work itself. * The company is moving away from its fully remote approach. In-person events that were once optional are now mandatory, even for teams that may not directly benefit from them. The locations chosen do not always appear to consider the needs or circumstances of a globally distributed workforce, and employees are now required to go through formal accommodation processes simply to avoid international travel due to health or safety concerns.
