1mind is a place that I am truly proud to work at. When people ask me how I am liking my job I can absolutely be honest when I say I am obsessed with this place. Our leadership team is full of inspiring, kind, brilliant, and fun people. Amanda is such an inspiring leader - I do not know how she does everything that she does. Our product blows my mind every day. I knew I made the right decision when I joined my first all hands meeting at the company and we spent 15 mins shouting each other out which turned out to be a regular part of every meeting. This team supports each other like nowhere else I have ever seen. HR is not always the most exciting teammate to hire but I have been welcomed so warmly to this team.

1mind offers a unique combination of having a breakthrough AI product, funding runway to execute on the vision and a stacked exec team of seasoned operators who know how to take early success and build a sustainable growth engine. 1mind customers are the highlight of my experience. The vision of Superhumans is so clear to the customers I work with that they are fully engaged and willing to experiment and provide input to continue to advance our offering. CSMs get to be consultative and bring new ideas to the table and actively optimize Superhumans that are delivering real value and ROI. Leadership has a clear direction (driven by experience and customer input) and is thoughtful in how they can support CSMs driving the execution.

Being successful here requires a start up DNA. Not the kind you read about on LinkedIn (working crazy hours and playing ping pong) but the real desire to build a company with your own two hands. Joining is a self select process where the team is intellectually curious about solving customer needs via the newest AI capabilities and wants to take on initiatives and projects that will help accelerate progress fast. It requires an obsession for a fast continuous rate of improvement for customers, product advancements and your own personal growth.
