Competitive pay, a genuinely great team, and a really nice office environment. Company offers various perks, such as health insurance, free lunch every week, social/hospitality events, etc. The people here are talented, supportive and easy to work with, which makes a big difference day to day. It’s a place where you feel valued, not just another employee.
Cons
The workload can be heavy at times, so it’s not the easiest job if you’re looking for a slow pace. That said, it feels worthwhile, you’re compensated well and supported by good people, so the effort pays off.
