Pros
Financially sound. Decent pay. Privately owned. They are doing well and have the potential to become a powerhouse.
Cons
Employees are in fear of losing job. Employees are working against each other. A lot of throwing people under the bus - again this is out of self preservation. I witnessed a LOT of turnaround. Very, very old technology - mostly file cabinets and paper backups. They are trying to modernize but can't advance because too many others are trying to protect the old ways and their jobs.
