Pros
I enjoyed working with 1st Franklin Financial. Best part was helping customers and building relationships with them. Wages, benefits and holiday pay were good. A good Christian company with hood core values.
Cons
It takes a lot for someone to get fired even if they’re not doing their job. They seem to have been shifting more toward big corporate and less being about their employees, it was becoming more about money.
