      The actual employees are nice

      Cons

      The management is a mess, checks are never given on time. There are no places to sit at the office after 10-12 hours standing up in a walt-mart. There will always be after hours, but do take into consideration you are not paid by the hour, only commission! so no matter if you work 15 hours a day your weekly checks will always be 300$. Basically never work here unless you won't your spirit to be destroyed... Hopefully they will pay for how humiliating they are

      Pros

      This is a great privilege for anyone who wants to be involved in fast paced management training. You get to learn every aspect of the business, from the bottom to the top, by motivated and strong minded people. It's a chance to learn 3-5 years worth of knowledge in less than a year with a wealth of tools at your disposal to get there! The "end game" is to be the owner of your own company!

      Cons

      This is not something for the faint of heart. It's a lot of hours and a lot of commitment, and this is not the place for people who are only interested in being "employees" and collecting a steady paycheck. This is for people who are hungry for success, and who are willing and able to do whatever it takes to achieve it!
