      There are no pros. Atleast they paid me every 2 weeks but that was iffy sometimes

      Everything. Management is bad, no training, no customer service skils, and small company

      Pros

      Anyone who isn't management is extremely friendly and willing to help. They deserve a raise. The demands are too high with little positive reinforcement or base pay.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the employees do not appreciate the hard work or respect the feedback of their employees. It should begin with the owner and trickle down.
