Toxic - Anonymous employee 1x Exchange Employee Review

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the CEO when the company first started. He was always up to speed on the things he requires and is fast to get things done and decided. He is also very easy to talk to, which is good and extremely uncommon in most work places. Although the office is shared with CapBridge, the location is great and easy for one to get around.

Unfortunately I feel like his work sometimes does not get recognised. Other founders, colleagues or affiliate partners will try to come in and dictate or steal his thunder.

- very fast paced with business initiatives - friendly colleagues - high level of involvement in new projects - great exposure

- issues with job prioritization as everyone is doing multiple roles - some hires here are purely passing time - need balance in cross functional jobs with affiliate company
