I have worked for 2 Places at 1 Time for the past 3 years as a Virtual Concierge; in which out of my 25 years of working has been the BEST experience! It truly is a dream job for those that love working independently with a passion & ability to maintain organization with the planning of your own schedule with clients. The flexibility of the job with the strong company’s belief of work life balance is remarkable! The Management team is by FAR the most supportive, informative and educational with a true commitment to providing their employees an exceptional work environment! The Management Team truly is a unique dynamic that really cares about their employees, gives recognition, mileage reimbursement, promotes within, employee discounts at select businesses, implements incentive programs for work performance and always is promoting a healthy, happy work life balance! Whether being a Virtual Concierge throughout the States to being part of the Call Center in Atlanta, GA…the concept of “Work Family” is truly a truth that this company exuberates! The communication, the dedication and the commitment of team work between Management, the Call Center and the Virtual Concierges is completely outstanding! With my personal background of Retail Management, I have never seen a company SO incredibly organized, functional, successful and above all else…a company that truly cares about their employees! 2 Places at 1 Time is the PERFECT example of when a company treats their employees with such a level of respect, recognition, healthy work environment and a Management team that provides such outstanding commitment, education and dedication…that success excels beyond expectations of their employees work performance and loyalty!

I cannot find a single con about 2 Places at 1 Time, as the only thing some Virtual employees may find a con would be that there is no insurance available at this time. But, they have just expanded their 401K Plan to Virtual Employees, which truly is exceptional and exciting!
